Vote history analysis:

We analyzed the voter turnout and Republican registration number
from the 1996 election to present and agreed on an estimated 2004 Republican primary turnout of 3,000 voters.


Because there are so few voters selecting 16 delegates, I think each vote in DC counts more per delegate than any other vote anywhere else. If you can register in DC, please do so.

Chronology:

Dec 14, 2007 to turn in ballot petitions: we will need 300+ minimum valid signatures from registered Republicans in DC. To circulate a petition, one must be a registerer voter only in DC.


Dec 17-27, 2007 Challenge other candidates’ nominating petitions.

Jan 14 Last day to register Republican to vote for Dr. Paul in primary (however given delays and problems with process with DC BoEE, we recommend 19 days earlier.)


Jan 14 New data request from DC BoEE for registered Republicans (identify newly registered
Republicans with special attention)


Jan 28 first day for In-Person Absentee Voting.


Feb 5 DC BOEE deadline to receive Mall Absentee Ballot Requests.


Feb 9 public testing of vote counting systems
