Taking care of home while the campaign takes care of the country With many of us donating to the campaign, that money is being used in early primary states such as New Hampshire and Iowa. NCR will finance the grassroots support here in Maryland, DC and Virginia. Banners, radio ads, TV ads, Internet ads, editorial commentary, campaign materials, and billboards will all be financed by NCR to promote awareness of Dr. Paul!
